We, operator of the Programa Latino De Asistencia website (“Site”), is committed to promoting and protecting the privacy rights of individuals as enumerated in Article 1 of the Constitution, the Information Practices Act of 1977, the Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.), Government Code Sections 11015.5 and 11019.9 and other applicable laws pertaining to information privacy.

We use reasonable processes to ensure compliance with this privacy policy and periodically verify that the policy is accurate. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt.
